After nearly two decades of balancing a high-stress marketing career with her busy massage therapy practice, Laura made the decision to leave the corporate world and focus on wellness full-time.

Laura graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2001 and has since refined her skills in various settings, including sports medicine, multi-disciplinary naturopathic clinics, wellness spas, and private practice. She has also worked as a team therapist for notable clients such as the Canada’s Cup Challenge crew, Stars on Ice (American tour), private and factory rally teams, and NHL players.

In addition to her clinical work, Laura has taught massage therapy and supervised the student clinic at Eastern College. She has also assisted with practical entrance exams for new grads at the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB).

Laura’s training goes beyond traditional massage therapy. She is skilled in myofascial release, TMJ therapy, kinesiology taping, cupping, guasha, Indian head massage, and facial reflexology. Laura is also a certified Fletcher® Pilates instructor.

With a Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology, certifications in Health Coaching and Functional Nutrition, and ongoing studies to become a Menopause Specialist, Laura is committed to continuous growth in the wellness field to better support her clients’ health and well-being.
